Located in the heart of downtown Belleville, Ontario this building was an old office building for the attached cold storage warehouse. The vault on site if from around 1917 and much of the large equipment needed to run the refrigeration system is still on site. Many of the spaces would need some TLC depending on the type of production but due to its current state the owner is open to being quite flexible with any needs to tailor the space. Power and parking is available next door from the same owner. This is a unique space with lots of potential for those with a vision and neighbours that would not currently be impacted by late night activities.
Hourly rates are negotiable depending on length of rental but have been adjusted to reflect minimum requirement to cover cover costs associated with setup of insurance, legal and security.
