To our friends, we call our living space ”Glamping”… We also have a 27 foot RV that is on the property — 1950 Shasta RV mostly for its charm and decor.
On the lots we have two properties and they equal about approximately 27,000 ft.² ….we have two rooms (one bedroom half finished) that are mostly ‘built-in’ on the side of the garage …and there’s a courtyard between the garage and house that has gazebo (patio) . The house is modernly added to with bamboo floors, retro shiplap walls, and decorative wood ceilings to match. It’s quaint and cute… Very good for photos, etc. the yards have been redone in the last three months
. A retaining wall made of decorative sandstone is next to the RV along with a new lawn that looks like it’s natural grass. We also have added a patio enclosure on the front of the house. I think you will be pleasantly surprised and happy to check out this property. I have experienced negotiation with other filmmakers with my other property in Oakland California.
