Big Historical Spanish Mexican 1948 Vintage Retro Pool House Asian Antique Artsy Retro Eclectic Rustic Unique Unusual

This is a huge house. I just restored and renovated it over the last 8 months. I forgot to photographs a few things and I will add them to the photos as soon as I can. This is a large 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with a large living room, huge family room, huge sunroom, and an amazing Spanish Hacidena Pool Area with BBQ and Sink and much more. The home is fully furnished. The Master Bedroom suite with bathroom, which is upstairs, is currently rented until December 8, 2024. The tenant has indicated that is it fine to have film shoots in the home during her tenancy. She will either be working or in her room. The cupboards are full of china, everyday dishes, glasses, crystal stemware, tablecloths, fancy bakeware, regular bakeware, kitchen utensils and all small and large kitchen appliances. The living room has a 1948 fireplace with Talavera tile accents. The large family room features a 65 inch Roku T.V. and I will take a photo and add it to the photos, Spanish Arches and Sautillo Tiles. The huge sunroom features 14 foot ceiling to floor windows and 3 sets of French Doors, 14 foot arched beamed ceilings, sautillo tiles, a mini kitchen with microwave, sink, and cupboards. There are lovely tropical furnishings and antique furnishings in the sunroom and so much more. You have use of 1/2 of the large 2 car garage and there is a clicker if you need it. There is also plenty of street parking. Central heat and central air. We have a gardener and a pool man. We also have ring security cameras and a ring doorbell camera. The house is gated in the front, on the sides and in the back (where the garage is located.) Two of the 3 Bedrooms feature walk-in closets, middle eastern inspired area rugs, Gorgeous refinished original 1948 solid oak hardwood floors, and unique and lovely vintage furnishings and art. The 3rd bedroom is large with a brick fireplace in it. The washer and dryer are also located in this bedroom. The floors are gray modern/distressed ceramic tile. There is also a full bathroom downstairs beautifully appointed as well. The beds in all of the rooms are queen and are all brand new. The bed in the 3rd Bedroom is a state of the art Aero bed and I can vouch for its comfort and it is adjustable for firmness with the press of a button. This room has lovely 1960's Chinese hand carved bedside tables and bedside table lamps and I will add pictures of them as well. There is a huge 1880's solid wood dresser in this room, a 1940's vintage telephone table, a very old rocking chair (maybe 150 years old or so) and a very old large armchair, again well over 100 years old. There are built in cupboards (large ones) in this room as well as the washer and dryer. This room has a door with access to the side yard in it or direct access through a door into the kitchen. All of the window treatments in the home are new and they are custom made cellular shades other than the plantation shutters in the livingroom. The kitchen has been redone and it is gorgeous with gray cupboards, gray granite with burgundy in it, custom gray arabesque tile backsplashes as well as extenisve use of the arabesque tile on the walls, floor to ceiling. There are gray tile floors, 6 kitchen pantries, tons of other cupboards, new stainless steel appliances and so much more. The living room features refinished 1948 solid oak floors, a 1948 fireplace with vintage talavera tile accents, a gray arabesque tiled hearth, a hall closets and more. Both fireplaces are ornamental and should not be used. Bakersfield is very strick with regard to fireplace use and they only designate a few days per year when they allow their use and thos days vary. Almost all of the hardware in the home is oil rubbed bronze other than in the sunroom and one bathroom. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. The sunroom has 2 ceiling fans and the family room also has a ceiling fan. Outside in the back yard there is a Built in BBQ embellished with vintage talavera tiles, a sink, a mini refrigerator, 2 Talvavera tile countertops for food prep, cabinets, a large Mexican Rustic Table with Chairs and Benches, sautillo tiles, various other talavera tile accents, other vintage Mexican and Spanish furniture, 2 ceiling fans, a lovely pool with talavera accents, vintage pottery all around including talavera pottery and vintage furniture suitable for outside use. There is a large handpainted tropical mural under the cabana area. There are 2 suncots by the pool and various other small benchs and small tables. There are gorgeous Talavera tile medallions on many of the adobe walls in the back yard and the side yard too. There is a Talavera tile pool surround, Palm Trees and a large open area of Sautillo tiles suitable for a party with room for tables and chairs and a band or whatever.
