Our studio offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including onsite staff, six washrooms, and two curtained staging areas. Enjoy the convenience of drive-in access and up to 12 parking spaces. The mezzanine level features a client space/lounge equipped with a 10-person meeting table, private washroom, automatic espresso machine, fridge, sofa, and built-in lounge area.
The studio is well-equipped with essential production equipment, including one camera salon stand, eight 40” Manfrotto C-Stands, and five sets of Apple Box families (full, half, quarter, pancake). For weight needs, we provide ten 30 lb. saddle sandbags and six 15 lb. sandbags. Additionally, the studio includes various clamps: ten 2” metal spring clamps, ten 3” metal spring clamps, and ten assorted mini spring clamps.
Our space features two 4’x8’ black/white V-Flats, three 50’ 20AMP extension cords with three outlets, and three 25’ 20AMP extension cords with three outlets. We also provide an 8’ ladder, a 14’ ladder, three grab-n-go stools, 15 folding chairs, and three rolling garment racks with 60 wooden hangers.
Additional equipment includes a J4000 commercial steamer, a 24” portable floor fan, three 30”x72” rolling aluminum tables, five 30”x60” folding tables, a sawhorse with surface, a utility dolly, a utility cart, and a full-range wireless sound system (Soundboks). Upon availability, we also offer a JLG1932E electric scissor lift (inquire with booking).

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
