Your package includes a fully furnished grass parklike area, large deck, hammock, lounge and dining tables and chairs, a fire pit station, kitchenette, and 2 photo backdrops. Caterers are welcome. Reimagine and customize the space for your event/activities’ needs.
I’m open to renting other parts of my Victorian home for your production. We’d need to discuss logistics and your timeline. (Veteran and D9 owned)

We are located just 10 minutes from the Nautical mile and 5 mins from the SSP, Sunrise HWY, LIRR, and walking distance from local stores and supermarket, for your last minute shooting/event’s needs.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
