This unique vintage apartment set locates in a quiet office building in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles.
Set has three interconnected furnished rooms: living room, dining/kitchen room, and bedroom. This set is ideal for narrative and period projects. The space features ample natural light and the ability to light from behind the windows.
Set includes a small private hallway between the 3 units that is designated for “entry scenes”. The current set decor has a touch of Asian cinema aesthetics, but the core space is versatile and can easily be turned into a 50s - modern apartment.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
