There is a private hiking trail on the property, a great lawn, a lush garden, a generous bonfire area with Adirondack chairs. The property is also near several parks including the Storm King Open-Air Museum and several wineries. In 2025 an outdoor dining house will be constructed, along with a group yurt and a meditation labyrinth in a private meadow. This is the first time this property is being made available and is the perfect shooting location for your next movie, TV show or commercial.
