OVERVIEW
The best little woodworking workshop around! Big, but not too big, drenched in sunlight with lots of parking and a level loading bay too. It's got all the things you'd find in a working wood shop including a planer, jointer, table saw, drill press, lathe, bandsaw etc. There are sprawling workbenches that can be moved around, depending on your needs and lots of hand tools for styling and props.
TECHNICALITIES
In the back, there's a small kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There's a single stall washroom too. Heat, lights, garbage removal are all included.
BEYOND BOOKINGS
The shop is run and well-maintained by a friendly furniture maker, Kate. It's used daily as a studio space for luxury furniture manufacturing. With at least a few days notice, operations can easily be put on hold to accommodate venue rentals.
EQUIPMENT
Do not however, turn on or use any pieces of equipment (planer, jointer, table saw, chop saw, lathe ect.) These pieces of equipment are only for the optics of your shoot/event and not to be operated.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
