This was the ‘Reed’ house. One of the original houses in our town. The yard is huge. The trees are mature. There is an apartment condo right next. Car wash and weed shop across. Grocery 2 down. House has a decent foyer with a view to staircase, front room and room straight back. There is a great reading nook off front room and garden doors to another large room and another room with a bay window off that. 2pc bath on main floor. Basement has darker panelling and a few large and odd size rooms as well as 2 hidden large cold rooms. Upstairs is 3 carpeted bedrooms plus another coffee room with a sink. Outside we have a large front yard and a huge lawn in the back plus a double detached garage. Available September 2024
