This is a full 100 acre farm - as originally surveyed in the 1830's. It has had only a handful of owners since then and the landscape is mostly unchanged. There are over 65 acres of wild treed areas with creeks, hills, ravines, swampy areas, etc.
The house is from the 1930's and has been neglected for some time. It has running water and basic amenities but also the feeling of disrepair. It could be used in a blair-witch type way or could be used in a historical period piece.
There are many possibilities and because the space is not currently occupied there are very few restrictions on what could be done.
It's a wide open canvas.
