The first floor has an open layout flowing from a large, sleek white oak kitchen to an open dining area and living space with an indoor/outdoor fireplace. The first floor also features a walk-in pantry, office and music studio.
The second floor has a loft area as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. There is plenty of seating throughout the house, with several built-in benches along the windows.
The house sits on 2.1 acres of land that's beautifully landscaped, including a large furnished patio off the indoor/outdoor fireplace, a gravel area with firepit and adirondack chairs, and a large open backyard surrounded by a dense forest of maple trees.
