We are located in the heart of Leslieville at the corner of Laing and Eastern. This beautiful venue is a bright, industrial space that offers various spaces that are fully customizable.
We have the capacity to host both public and private functions including private parties, team meetings, music and video shoots, commercials, rehearsals, summits, talks and fire side chats, as well as small performances, live podcasts and more. We also have the ability to record any live performances right off the floor. Our culinary grade kitchen is perfect for any style of event with lots of space to record content if needed.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
