Our beautiful 40 acre farm is up a winding lane on a hill over looking fields. The small farmhouse is accentuated by mature trees and a big bank barn in the background. It's very private and feels rural even though we are within an hour from the city.
The house is cozy and decorated in farmhouse style with folk art and lots of colors. It features a large kitchen, a wide opening to a living room with a woodstove. The house is 1400 sq feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Can provide indoor photos if interested. There's gorgeous views of fields and trees looking out many of the windows.
The property includes many spaces that would be ideal for farmhouse/barn/landscape/rural sets. Located 10 minutes north of the 407, 20 minutes north of the 401, 25 minutes east of the 404. There's space on the property if setting up mess tents/ film trailers is necessary.
