We have a completely renovated, two-story guest house with two bedrooms and three baths, including a Jack and Jill bathroom. It features cathedral ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the 15-foot deep heated saltwater pool and the 13 acres of surrounding property. The production company will also have access to all common spaces, such as the sauna, hot tub, half-court basketball area, outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and Big Green Egg, two hammocks, ample lounge, outdoor furniture, and Adirondack chairs strategically placed throughout the property. There is parking available for 16 cars.
Our compound also includes a 7300 square foot main house with five bedrooms and seven baths. Additionally, there is a 3500 square foot shop with two bathrooms, a closet, a kitchen sink, and a loft. These properties are listed separately on Set Scouter.
