Your production company will have access to our open-concept shop, which spans 3500 square feet and includes two separate bathrooms, a shower, closet, and a loft. This versatile space can be adapted to suit various needs and features a mechanical screen for projecting movies.
Additionally, you'll have access to the common areas on our compound, including a sauna, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and Big Green Egg, two hammocks, ample lounge and outdoor furniture, as well as strategically placed Adirondack chairs throughout the property. Parking for 16 cars is also available.
Our compound includes a 7300 square foot main house with five bedrooms and seven baths, as well as a 1500 square foot two-bedroom, three-bath guest house. These properties are listed separately on Set Scouter.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
