1st floor has bathroom, kitchen, dinning area and Living room has large bay windows on french doors & plenty of natural light.
10' sofa that can sit 5 adults with brown leather arm chairs by fire place, for relaxing.
2nd floor has linen closet, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a 1st floor overview. Every bedroom has a closet and large window.
Master bedroom has East-facing Juliette balcony.
3rd floor has a common area and a bedroom, windows on all sides and is carpeted.
Finished basement has full bathroom, laundry room, storage area and TV/lounge area.
Rear yard has lounging area by fire pit, an outdoor dinning area with 8 chairs is fenced in with shade provided by tree cover.
Wifi provided, very safe community area.
Front yard has drive way for 3 cars, lush greenery in garden area.
