It's a popular place for shoots due to the fact that it's incredibly open from front to back, providing a great deal of space to shoot and the crew. This bunga-loft offers a great deal of open space with high ceilings and comfort for any shoot. Its mix of modern and contemporary design lends itself well to being dressed in any way needed. There's a second-story loft with two bedrooms, a large office den and another bathroom, which can be used for shooting or additional workspace. The basement is a very big open concept with high ceilings, 2 more bathrooms, and a second kitchen, making it versatile for shoots or as a workspace for crew and stylists. The basement also contains its own entrance for easy access. There are no houses on the opposite side of the street so less homes/drive-ways to be concerned about. Permits are quite easy to get in King City given it is a very small community and the school across the street offers a great deal of extra parking, particularly in the summertime. In the past, shoots have utilized both the indoors and outside space as well - it is quite warm and inviting with a great deal of greenery, shade, shelter, and an outdoor fireplace.
