Perfect for any movie genre, the property boasts an empty 3 stall center aisle barn equipped with water and electricity, a beautiful, huge earthen pond filled with koi and catfish, wooded trails, a covered airplane hanger, detached garage, and beautiful trees for as far as you can see. The home itself can also be rented. It has two beautiful fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous sunroom that overlooks the pond, and a great room with very high ceilings, a pantry with a wet bar and three bedrooms, each of which boast an iron balcony that overlooks the entire property. The home has been renovated throughout. Plenty of parking for the crew as the property has 3 separate huge driveways as well as extra parking spots.
The crew is welcome to use our home if they choose to only rent the property and vice versa. Our home, is your home and we wish nothing but the best for your creative endeavors!
