Located in the heart of Allapattah, just 2 minutes West of Wynwood, a 14,000 square foot multi-use production facility with 10,000 square feet of useable space where your budget goes a long way. Easily accessible from all major highways, less than 10 minutes from the Miami International Airport and a 15-20 minute ride from Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, and Doral areas. Our versatile space is great for any type of production including: film, television, commercials, music videos, podcasts, gallery shows, pop-up shows, marketplace expos, makers space, set builds, meetings, events, photography, rehearsals, and many more!
We take great pride in offering our space at an affordable option for all of your production needs. Fully equipped with wifi, a functional bar, AC throughout, a full sound system, dedicated podcast and photography studios, production offices, standing and sitting areas, and three (3) restrooms. The venue also features an adjacent gated and private parking lot for up to 72 vehicles, as well as an elephant door and dedicated loading dock.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
