Country living. Small 3 bed room house. 52 aches of flat and hilly land. We have sheep, lambs and chickens, Well maintained garden vegetables garden, walnut orchard of approximately 70 trees, small paddock of crops.
Countless amount of native Birds in our hundreds of trees. Butterflies and bees. We have Large open green lawn.
Red House is on pillars with a veranda the whole way around, so there is a view from every side. 18ish solar panels on the top. Has two matching red water tank, old tin shed.
Has native climbing plants covering one side of house.
Lovey warm lighting inside, feels incredibly cosy, there is an old combustion stove and wood fire place.
Wooden panels through out the house and a pecan/ burnt orange colour paint on doors, pinkish tiles. Old lighting fixtures. Angled ceilings
Important to note: there is unfinished painting in some parts of the house and have no scheduled time to finish them
