Pool & Spa: Take a dip in the saltwater pool or relax in the spa. Backyard Patio: Gather around backyard patio (upstairs or downstairs) with friends and family. Indoor-Outdoor Living Our home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, perfect for large family gatherings. You'll find: Fully Stocked Kitchen: Featuring a double convection oven, microwave and multiple appliances. Living Room: 75" TV with streaming capabilities plus patio doors that lead to the pool for an indoor-outdoor experience. Dining Room: Accommodates up to 7, at the table and kitchen seating nook. Outdoor Oasis Pool & Hot Tub: Private, pool and spa. with Pool toys provided. Outdoor Dining Area: multiple outdoor dining tables, built-in BBQ and outdoor wood fire pizza oven (experienced users only). Outdoor Space: Artificial turf yard with outdoor games available. Safety: The pool does not have a safety gate and is easily accessed from multiple areas of the house. This property is not suitable for non-swimmers, toddlers, or crawling infants. All guests must be "water safe." Parking: Two parking spaces in front of the garage; additional street parking available. Please do not block the neighbors driveway or park in the shared easement as those cars will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Noise Ordinance: No amplified or excessive noise outside or audible from the property line between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Waiver of Liability By booking our property, you agree to our swimming pool, hot tub, and swimming pool room waiver of liability, accepting full responsibility for any accidents or injuries. Home Safety There are four exterior security cameras on the property. One placed near the garage looking onto the parking area, one camera by our front door positioned to see driveway, and another on the side of house positioned to see the driveway. One placed on the opposite side of the home facing the front yard and alley way and another one facing the backyard spa and pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
