Designer details to the nth degree. Old Hollywood meets St Tropez is the vibe. The interior is a blend of modern with old world textures and art. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, from a steam oven to the the Wolf range with six burners and a griddle, 2 Miele dishwashers flank the sink.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has two walk in closets. The other 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom, one has a medium walk in closet and the other has 2 closets.
The backyard yard has a Fontana Forni pizza oven, Hestan grill, a fire pit with seating for 6, 5 lounge beds, outfoor dining table for 8, plus outdoor seating for 6 furnishings by Kenneth Cobonue. Umbrellas are located at all seating areas, plus a fun in pool umbrella. The pool has two Baja shelves. It is 4 feet deep and has a gradual slope to 10 feet. There are 4 deck jets on either side and a jacuzzi that fits up to 12 people. There is also a gym with a full bathroom that houses a power plate, a peloton, a merrithew (reformer) free weights and a television.
The front yard landscape has 3 olive trees each over 150 years of age in a lush garden that is water friendly.
