The house sits on 7 acres of private land, with a large lawn, a spring-fed pond, a hiking trail, a children's playground, and an outdoor fire pit. It's just a 2-hour drive from NYC and a short distance to Woodstock, New Paltz, and Kingston, surrounded by beautiful nature including Minnewaska State Park, Sundown Wild Forest, and Mohonk Nature Preserve.
Additionally, there is a second house on the property—a modern cabin featuring an open-concept living room and kitchen, along with a sleeping nook. We are open to renting both houses simultaneously for a single production.
