This place is an experience, and memorable at that.
Five bedrooms with doors that lock from the outside, long hallways leading to jail cells, original chestnut floors and trim with windows from 1800's! Six Rumsford fireplaces that are each intricately beautiful. The jail house attached has 18 raw cells that are untouched, blemished by wear and those who once housed there and the remnants of names or artwork left behind. Chrome telephones for that weekly call still remain with a second level glass floor that hides under decades of dirt and lore (clean up in progress). Nearly 8,000. s.f. to explore and showcase in your own way.
House is a work in progress. Some renovations or repairs ongoing. You may decorate or design spaces for your needs-we can discuss.
Kitchen is in a transition state with basic functional purposes. Still has yesteryear feel but not complete. Would be ideal for behind the scenes use or add themed or period sink/appliances.
This property can be residential or commercial space for filming needs.
