Enjoy outdoor space on the large porch; perfect for evening dining or the large deck in the back yard space that features beautiful string lights, two grills (propane and charcoal), a fire pit, dining and moving screening. There's a dedicated office space for remote work in the secondary bedroom that features a Murphy Bed that can be retracted for extra space. Lastly this home is walkable to Truist Field, Spectrum Center, NASCAR Hall of Fame, the Convention Center, Romare Bearden Park and a host of restaurants, bars, breweries, lounges and more.
