Our motel is a vintage block construction motel built in late 1940s. What makes it unique is it's size and location. Situated on 23 acres it has exceptional expansive views on the back of the property as well as a greenhouse bar with expansive views. We have a 2 bedroom guest cottage and 3 motel rooms. The entire property can be rented for a shoot and the guest cottage can be used as a break area or a space for shooting as well, we live in the primary house in the middle of the property and it can be used if desired or we can be offsite during the shoot. Filming will require motel closure except in the hours of 10am-4pm. We can squeeze some filming in the rooms while they are flipped. Filming on the property itself without room access is less invasive so we can accommodate that more easily. We can negotiate a rate with just property and greenhouse access vs entire motel.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
