This gorgeous custom waterfront home is in the pristine Isle of Palms community.
It is located just a short walk from the beach and overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
Each bedroom offers a waterfront view with tons of natural light and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a vented gas fireplace and a large open shower overlooking the waterway.
Cool off in the refreshing saltwater pool or fish off the private deepwater dock!
Enjoy dinner on the back deck or sip some wine by the stone-wrapped fire pit or on the dock swing while watching an unforgettable Lowcountry sunset. Soak up the views of the waterway, marshes, silhouettes of bridges, and various local wildlife.
Upon entering the house you will be amazed at the gorgeous water views from all windows and doors. The open foyer has a white baby grand piano. The kitchen is fit for a chef and features a gas stove, double ovens, warming drawer, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, wine cooler, three sinks, and lots of counter space with a large center island. The family room has an open airy feeling with a large gas fireplace.
