The 1800s house is set in a rural area with fields, fences, horses and woods. On the grounds is an old dilabidated greenhouse which is very intreaguing.
In addition there is a garage/old barn, a delapidated storage hut, a pool and delapidated pool house. The site is on a hill with mature trees and a pond.. minimal planted garden, more lawn
There is a driveway and parking, as well as an adjacent road with even more parking. Thre is electric outside, but running water, bathrooms, and heat are only in the house not outside.
The house is 4,000 sq ft with living room, entrance hall and stair, screened porch, dining room, eat in kitchen, finished attic area, upstairs balcony, numerous bedrooms.
