Our Studio boasts two state-of-the-art recording studios - Studio A is a dedicated well equipped creative space for recording, producing, and mixing music with a large sounding 400 sq ft live room.
Studio B is dedicated to producing broadcast ready voice-overs in a polished client-friendly studio environment
Also included in your rental, a 600sqft Boardroom & Outdoor Patio Area w shared Kitchen & two bathrooms.
Please note the rate listed is for FILM SHOOTS ONLY in the audio recording space and boardroom space. Filming in the kitchen and bathrooms need to be negotiated in advance. Entry is limited to the front door. Please see our film studio listing if you need additional staging and load in access.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
