Amazing indoor settings as well as a massive back yard with a pool for exterior shots.

Two films have been shot here in the past, as well as many photoshoots.
Art is subject to change, as collection grows over time.
This is the 1st time this space has been listed to the public.
No smoking inside at all.
Outside catering is allowed. Films have used the yard area for catering in the past.
No alcohol or party drugs please.
No shoes allowed in the house, unless for shoot specific, all crew must wear shoe covers.
Pool house is not part of the rental.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
