Full Floor Vintage Office Space

Step into a timeless setting with our unique office space, perfect for meetings, visual productions or photoshoots. This one-of-a-kind venue blends the charm of historic MiMo (Miami Modern) design with furnishings that span mid-century modern and 60s-70s aesthetics. The space features original mahogany doors and panels, preserving its vintage character while offering a versatile backdrop. The space includes 9 executive offices along with a conference room and kitchenette. Capture the essence of a bygone era in this retro-inspired office space. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. No music videos with loud music can be filmed since this is business office. Please note art appearing in photos may be different than that of actual art in the space. The space is used to exhibit art and is curated regularly with different works. Chairs and accessories can be moved from room to room for staging purposes, we just ask that items be moved back at the end of the reservation.
