No Unauthorized guests/visitors are allowed. Our cleaning team prepares the house for the number of guests listed in your requests. Unauthorized visitors and will result in an extra guest fee of $150 per visitor per day. This fee applies to anyone not included in your reservation count. If you need to update your guest count, please do so at least 72 hours before your check-in by submitting an alteration request. This ensures that our team can prepare the house accordingly and helps you avoid the late notification guest fee, paying the standard extra guest fee instead. Failure to provide a timely alteration request or immediate payment of the late notification guest fee, defined as payment within 60 minutes through the booking platform of your reservation, could lead to a non-refundable cancellation of your stay.
