Conveniently located near where the 10 and 405 meet. Lots of local restaurants and catering options nearby.
Discounts for students and micro-productions with 4 people or less. Willing to negotiate rates for multi-day shoots. No more than 15 people on the property at one time.
To increase the sustainability of your productions and decrease plastic waste, the host is willing to provide filtered water and the use of drinking glasses, utensils, and dishware at no extra charge. Fresh coffee can be brewed on site for a small fee.
