Located on the site of a former 70-acre WWII air training base that includes more than 40 former barracks, 6 hangars,
mess halls, and administrative buildings. It is part of an approximately 750-acre property. The site was built by the
Canadian government and originally operated by the British Royal Airforce as No. 31 Bombing and Gunnery School – RAF
Station Picton. The site also includes a decommissioned hospital still with some original equipment and furniture. The
base is currently undergoing a 30 year development plan to modernize the site.
Usage Restriction:
Negotiable. One part of the runway is utilized for emergency helicopters. There are tenants on site that need to be
communicated with and discussed limitations.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
