Garden Oasis With Large Driveway

We have a 18,000 square foot lot, with all but appoximately 4,000 torn up for gardens. Front yard features a rock garden, South Asian garden, and mono-forest we created. Side garden has a variety of fruit, rhododendrum and azaleas, mixed with various other shrubs. Backyard features a pond (with fish) that has a fountain and six foot waterfall. Included in backyard is a large patio, beside the fish pond. A Halloween garden (black and orange plants), a woodland garden, and a large vegetable garden. Driveway has a large 15 foot by 8 foot garden shed. There is also a potting bench, a soil collection area, a sod decomposting area, and a greenhouse and attached shade shed available. Large driveway approximately 4 metres wide by 22 metres long. LOTS of street parking available. We would prefer no filming inside the house, but, as long as crews and actors follow rules of no stepping in garden (without our supervision), our "beautiful", "unique", "outstanding" (those words come from various fundraising gardening tours) are available. However, 800 square feet of basement is available for usage (some would call it a murder basement), though there is no electricity in that area, but can be brought in easily enough We live at a bend in the road, so requirements for street closure would be us.
