This historic, original Victorian era mansion is located about 35 minutes outside of NYC in suburban NJ. The house sits on a very spacious corner lot with lots of greenery as well as hosting a carriage house (currently functioning as a garage with a barn like façade) on the property. This house occupies 3 different living spaces, with the biggest unit boasting the most Victorian era features (veranda, cupola, defunct dumb waiter system, luggage room, intricate, although nonfunctional, fireplaces) as well as access to the 2 other units. The central unit has a beautiful intricate front entrance, while the two other spaces have their own, more subtle and less obvious entrances. This house has wide range in regards to its aesthetic- from its potentially spooky and haunted exterior to its refined and refurbished interior. Additionally, the property has a large yard that can currently be dressed up as both, a deserted lot or a lovely manicured oasis.
