Our property is a private venue located just 20 minutes south of downtown Nashville in historic Franklin, TN. Family-owned for over 30 years, the property features a historic home, pool house, and expansive pool. With three picturesque barns and over 40 acres of rolling hills, we offer a variety of backdrops perfect for music videos, commercials, and other film projects.
The property features a temperature-controlled event barn with bathrooms, a prep kitchen, and a lofted lounge that works great as a video village. There’s also a large resort-style pool area that brings a relaxed, upscale vibe to any shoot. At the front of the property, you'll find our classic red barn — rustic and full of that classic southern charm. We also have wide-open fields, shady woods, a pond and creek area that meanders through gorgeous trees, and a picturesque dock and bridge. Our beautiful historic house adds timeless beauty to the landscape as well.
Our property is designed with productions in mind, offering plenty of parking and a power hookup for motorhomes — perfect for hair, makeup, or on-site prep. Whether you’re filming something intimate or high-energy, the variety and flexibility here make it easy to bring your vision to life.
