Our Recording Studio is a modern, music-focused production space designed for artists in hip-hop, rap, and pop looking to elevate their sound and visuals. Our newly built facility offers a sleek, creative environment equipped with top-tier vocal microphones, analog gear, and digital workstations, making it ideal for recording, mixing, and filming content.
The studio features a spacious vocal booth, cinematic LED lighting, and acoustically treated walls – perfect for music videos, BTS shoots, and performance content. Whether you need a professional space to record vocals or a visually clean and modern setting for your next shoot, our studio delivers both form and function.
Rates:
Studio Rental (no engineer): $35/hr (3-hour minimum)
Extras (by request in advance):
Reboost Sound Engineer: +$25/hr
Advanced Sound Engineer: +$30/hr
Smoking Room Access: +$10/hr

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
