This historic brownstone, built in 1888, has been restored & newly renovated. From the original wood moldings & window shutters, to the one-of-a-kind etched glass and even the doorknobs - you'll find hidden gems in every nook of this 130+ year old brownstone.
On the parlor level, you'll find two fireplaces with the original wrought iron fronts, each situated in an expansive parlor room and dining room. The wood flooring & design has also been restored from the original build. Adjacent to the dining room is a semi-alcove kitchen with a stone countertop island facing the dining room. Also on the parlor level is a small powder room.
On the top floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have fireplaces. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms sized for kids with twin beds, and a guest bath with full tub and shower in the hallway. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen.
The neighborhood is the bustling community of Bedstuy - coffee shops, art pop-ups, and some of the best restaurants just steps away on Tompkins avenue.
