This bright and flexible studio location offers 1,990 sq ft of open production space, perfect for photo shoots, video productions, livestreams, castings, and creator content.
The main hall features large windows with natural daylight, a ceiling height of up to 15.5 ft, and direct drive-in access for vehicles (up to 1.95 m wide). The space is minimal, open-plan, and easily transformable for any type of visual project – from commercials and interviews to set builds and fashion shoots.
In addition to the large studio (Studio C), two additional rooms (Studio A & B) are available as optional add-ons:
Studio A is compact and ideal for portraits, reels, and social content.
Studio B includes a bar and kitchen access – perfect for lifestyle sets or business shoots.
A separate VIP makeup/styling room can be booked or included for longer productions. All studios are equipped with a Hensel ceiling rail system, color backdrops, optional lighting gear, and blackout capabilities.
Located on the ground floor with easy load-in, fast WiFi, lounge areas, and modern facilities, this space is designed to support smooth and professional production days – big or small.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
