The home is 4800 square feet with a 400 square foot guest house. There is parking for 8 cars up above and 6 cars at an overflow lot down below.
The grand entrance has a beautiful Spiral staircase with 2 story ceilings in the living room with a stone fireplace. The kitchen has a farm sink and all new Viking appliances. The family room also has a huge stone fireplace. All 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and have beautiful views of the mountains.
The outdoor area is a Disneyland with something for everyone. It was designed by Green Scene and featured on HGTV. As you walk out the backyard you have an outdoor Kitchen with BBQ surrounded by the rose garden that leads to the outdoor spa. The outdoor Fireplace and sitting area will keep you warm at night and the pool and spa are sparkling against the Santa Monica Mountains. You can enter the pool through the baja shelf or the 15 foot slide. Beyond the pool is the NBA 3/4 Basketball Court, Dance and Fitness Studio, inground trampoline and a meditation garden.
