The property features a gorgeous lake view from the windows of all main rooms. This 1.2 acre lot has a perfectly manicured yard and 4 views for shooting flexibility.
Electric soft white blinds allow additional light. This can illuminate perfect even light no matter what time of day.
Large circle driveway allows many vehicles and a beautiful entrance. We also allow the use of going beyond the yard for closer lake shooting and an open field to one side.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
