Located in the rural town of Loomis Ca, just 20miles north east of Sacramento, our 1964 built home has all the features of a classic gem, Volcano rock chimney, green slate entry way, A frame chalet style windows with an unobstructed views of the Sierra Nevada mountains (Lake Tahoe) and glorious morning sunrises to the east and a view of the Sacramento skyline to the south west and spectacular sunsets each evening. Two fireplaces each with their own charm bring you back to the homes inception. A classic vintage pool sits in the west with views as far as the eye can see. All surrounded by oak trees and space, 8 acres!
