• 1951 farmhouse on piers (original, unpolished)
• Ramshackle old barn (partially collapsed)
• Creek, round pen, overgrown pastures & woods, lots of natural character
• Farm animals on site: Quarter Horse, white Welsh unicorn ponies, mini donkey, mini longhorn cow, mini goat
• Indoor + outdoor filming OK
• Plenty of parking for crew vehicles
Just 50 minutes from New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
Great for Southern/rural settings, period films, horror, indie projects, music videos.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
