The main level offers an expansive, open-concept floor plan with polished concrete floors, white oak millwork, and a professional-grade chef’s kitchen featuring a large island and gas range. The living area is anchored by a large gas fireplace and a custom built-in bookcase, providing textured, high-end backdrops for lifestyle segments. For crew and client convenience, a discreet powder room is located just off the kitchen area.
