Our home is a a welcoming and beautiful Victorian farmhouse built in 1895. It features a huge wraparound porch, long leaf pine floors, tall windows, and authentic antique furnishings. It has a warm and comfortable ambiance while still retaining its traditional historic charm. Our kitchen features modern appliances and cabinetry, and we have a large dining area, living room, and bedrooms as well as an adorable bathroom with a clawfoot tub. We are on a 3/4 acre property that has ample space for parking and beautiful garden areas. We are pet friendly and for the safety of all we require proof of current vaccinations. Note: we do keep poultry on the property and we do not allow unaccompanied access to our chickens. But they are available for photographs and videos accompanied by one of us as a handler!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
