This simple and contemporary environment has a full commercial kitchen and was designed with culinary photo shoots and filming in mind. Many floor outlets allow equipment to be easily positioned in just about any location within the space. Flexible furniture on casters allows for lots of configurations; tables can also be set at table-height or counter-height. Cascading glass sliding doors allow for larger indoor event footprint by combining adjacent spaces (w/ add’l audio and LED display) to accommodate camera equipment, wider angles and groups up to 100+.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
