This unique live/work artist loft in East Vancouver offers a warm, artfully curated space designed to inspire. With its high ceilings, clean white walls, and an abundance of natural light, the studio is ideal for intimate gatherings, creative workshops, pop-ups, film and photo shoots, and thoughtfully hosted dining experiences.
The open-plan layout is flexible and welcoming — perfect for small productions, supper clubs, product launches, or storytelling in any form. Handcrafted ceramics made by the artist are available for use during dining experiences, adding a personal and tactile element to shared meals. The space also features textured materials, a cozy seating area for conversation or rest, a minimalist kitchen for prep or styling, and a private washroom.
Whether you're hosting a workshop, filming a scene, gathering guests around the table, or bringing a pop-up concept to life, this space offers a quiet, intimate setting to create and connect. Half-day and full-day rentals available. On-site host optional.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
