Originally a warehouse, the venue retains its raw character with exposed brick walls, concrete floors, high ceilings, and large steel-framed windows that provide beautiful natural light and a gritty, cinematic backdrop.
The space is divided into two large open rooms, making it ideal for set builds, equipment setup, and flexible camera angles. It includes a fully functional kitchen, two restrooms, and a private garage space with alley access that has previously been featured in major motion pictures (Fast & Furious 7 was filmed here). The garage offers easy load-in/load-out and can be dressed for urban scenes or car work.
