Tucked back from the street and completely private, the house is surrounded by expansive lawns, a huge spring-fed pond, both wild and manicured gardens, deep woods bordering a mountain, and additionally offers multiple decks/patios, RV trailer, a full-size fenced tennis court, several out-buildings with a cedar-lined wine cellar, smoke house and wood-fired oven in addition to several open fields ready for on-site parking, camping and pop-up installations.
Co-owned by NYC based creatives Rachel: production and interior designer/event producer, Scott: cyber security analyst/musician and Paulie: owner of Studios/skater/flow performer who have been renovating the main house and grounds since becoming owners in 2021 with the vision to develop the property into a destination artist retreat, immersive outdoor sculpture garden and special event venue offering festivals, glamping, art/performance/wellness retreats and more

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
